IMAN BAHREHBAKHSH
Founder & Creative Director, Lexur Media
Iman Bahrebakhsh is a filmmaker, visual storyteller, and creative director based in California. With a background that combines filmmaking, photography, music, painting, and engineering, Iman brings both technical precision and an artistic perspective to every project.
With more than 15 years of experience creating visual content, Iman founded Lexur Media with a focus on producing sophisticated, cinematic imagery that goes beyond simply documenting a property. His approach is rooted in storytelling—using composition, movement, light, music, and carefully crafted visuals to create an emotional connection with the audience.
In addition to his work in real estate media, Iman is a writer, director, cinematographer, and producer. His feature film Man in the Red Jacket, which he wrote and directed, has been selected and recognized by film festivals internationally.
His engineering background, combined with years of experience behind the camera, gives Iman a distinctive approach to production: meticulous attention to detail without losing sight of the creative vision.
ERFAN SHAHSAVARIFARD
Cinematographer, Editor, Screenwriter & Actor
Erfan Shahsavarifard is a multidisciplinary filmmaker whose work spans cinematography, editing, screenwriting, and performance. As a cinematographer and editor at Lexur Media, he brings a strong understanding of visual storytelling to every production, with an eye for composition, atmosphere, and detail.
Beyond his work behind the camera, Erfan is also a screenwriter and performer. His passion for storytelling extends to writing screenplays, including En passant, which was selected and recognized in the Los Angeles Short Film & Script Festival.
Erfan has also worked as an actor, appearing in the feature film Parvaneh and participating in theatrical performances. His experience both in front of and behind the camera gives him a unique understanding of performance, character, and visual storytelling.
At Lexur Media, Erfan combines these creative disciplines to help transform ideas into polished and engaging visual experiences—from cinematography and editing to the subtle details that bring a story to life.
TANNAZ HORRIYATKHAH
Makeup Artist & Actor
Tannaz Horriyatkhah is a makeup artist, hairstylist, and actor with a passion for creating authentic and visually compelling characters. Her experience both behind and in front of the camera gives her a unique understanding of how makeup, hair, styling, and performance come together to shape a character and enhance a visual story.
As a makeup artist and hairstylist at Lexur Media, Tannaz brings creativity, precision, and a strong attention to detail to each production. Whether preparing talent for a cinematic production, commercial, or real estate lifestyle shoot, she understands how subtle details can make a significant difference on camera.
Tannaz is also an accomplished performer, appearing as Tara in the feature film Man in the Red Jacket. Her experience as an actor allows her to approach styling from a performer’s perspective, helping talent feel confident and ensuring that their look complements the character, setting, and visual direction.
